a) On-line Availability Search (网上查询) $4，125
（IPIHK can arrange the search in Hong KONG by on-line computer, but the mark should be in character form. The aim of the search is to find out whether there is any filed/registered similar or identical marks which will bar your application. The fee includes conducting the search in the Trade Marks Register, obtaining relevant print out and reviewing and reporting the search results with advice on registration）

b) Word or device search-文字或图案查询 $9，625
此费用包括在商标注册署进行商标查询﹑分析和报告查询结果以及提供建议。

Ⅱ.a) FILING OF APPLICATION,ADVERTISEMENT & REGISTRATION 申请，登报及注册费

(for each additional class of the same trademark 同一商标的额外类别) $11，550

The flat fees includes disbursement, professional service fees of classifying the goods or services, preparing the relevant application form, filing the application and reporting filing particulars, reporting the allowance of publication, preparing for the publication of Government Gazette(old law)/Intellectual Property Journal (new law), official fees, reporting acceptance of registration, obtaining and forwarding the Certificate of Registration.

The argument fees may be adjusted based on the complexity of the cases, separate quotation will be issued for cases involving court proceeding.
此费用只限于一般申辩及会因应案件的复杂程度而有所调整。另涉及法院程序的案件会根据个别律师的费用而定，我方将会预先通知。
